There’s a lot out there… on the internet… floating through space… about anxiety… about depression. Sifting through all of it gives me a headache. It would be so much nicer if everything was compiled into an easy-to-read format….
There are lots of ways to help with anxiety attacks. Some of these ways are through medication, but the lesser known ways (exercise, diet, etc) are often glossed over as if they do not exist.
